Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The request for return must be made within 7 days of delivery.
A valid purchase invoice must be provided.
Custom-built batteries or special orders are non-returnable, unless defective.
Provide your order details, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable)
We will review your request and arrange return shipping (if eligible)
The product must be returned to the address we provide, in unused and original condition
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item:
We will inspect the product within 2–3 business days
If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed
If the product is found damaged or used, refund may be partially issued or declined
Refund Policy
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
If the product was purchased under a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the discounted price
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. To request an exchange, contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Exceptions
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return or refund
Battery packs opened, tampered with, or used will not be accepted for return
Warranty claims follow our standard warranty policy (provided with each product)
